Excellent food and customer service. We’ve been to this place on valentines day with a course deal and were amazed by the quality of the food and atmosphere of the place. Had tapas of bruchetta, wagyu meatballs, sesame tuna, and tuna tataki along with glasses of rose wines and I have to say they were all simply amazing. Stayed here for hours and now all I can remember is that amazing taste of tuna tataki. Absolute gourmet, really delicious.
Absolutely superb food, considering it’s tapas and the prices of other tapas menus around! Service a little lazy, but due to the fact there were only the two of us and 1 table of one sitting inside and everyone was outside (on a Monday) – all things considered it was a marvelous evening!!! Definitely be going back, perhaps on a Saturday early evening and grab a seat outside…. Thrilled that there menu changes regularly (seasonally by the sound of it)!!!
Visited for a business lunch. Great location, deco and friendly staff. Prices are very accessible and food is good, not great but quite relaxed for long lunch on a Friday afternoon.
Went in on a whim which looking for a quick meal.
Loved the decor, making the most of the old building, and enjoyed the atmosphere that night.
Ordered 3 tapas dishes each, which turned out to be masses of food. The Bento Antipasto alone would have been enough for me. Fresh bread, spreads, a whole ball of buffalo mozzarella, olives etc. The steak, meatballs, prawns with chorizo and other dishes were all beautifully cooked.
A special mention must be made of the curly fries with aoli – worth a trip into the city for a dish of these alone.
Oh, and a good wine list. Really enjoyed it all in a relaxed but classy atmosphere.

A great restaurant in the heart of downtown Auckland in Britomart Precinct. The food was superb, the atmosphere great and the wine list rather extensive to say the least. And… on top of all that, extra good coffee to finish!
Thanks Agents & Merchants… I will be back for sure!
