I have been here many times for breakfast so decided for father’s day we’ll go for breakfast. Waited a while for food but that was alright because it was a bit busy, but when our food came it was bad, my mother’s omelet was burnt black on the bottom, my wife’s eggs benidict was the worst she ever tasted, my daughter’s bagel had off cream cheese with it, and my mince on toast tasted like the cook poured a whole bottle of tomato sauce in and mixed it. All our dishes came with over toasted bread that crumbled to dust when cut into. Very disappointed as it was a great day overshadowed by disgusting food. Will not go back and hope they get rid of that cook or at least mentor him better.

I was here last Thursday – roast pork night. This is a no frills value for money place. The pork was beautiful but so were the other options too – chicken curry , REAL vegetables (not the frozen sort) a variety of salads etc. For $16.50 this is a great deal, and includes a dessert which I never have room for anyway.
And I was here again Tuesday 29 Oct for the roast lamb. Consistently good food and service.
Me again on Saturday 9/11. The pork spare ribs are absolutely out of this world and for $16 you get HEAPS.

We used to go here often, good value for money, the customer service has let this place down and we will not be going back… don’t believe the web site that says walk ins welcome, we did and we were not welcome because we had no booking. A shame really because we have spent a lot of money over the last 10 years in this place and seen many staff changes in fact have been going longer than the rude staff we had to deal with. Any customer whether going for the 1st or 100Th time should be spoken to with respect.

Went for lunch on a Sunday..which is great as it is not busy.

Love the location…and everything is nice, clean and modern. Plenty of car park.

Setting: Modern Sports bar with great view of the racecourse.

Customer Service: Not Fantastic.

Food: I do love it.(The pancake is a MUST! to have) Its really tasty and well presented on the plate. Good portion as well.

Price: You looking at an average of $18.00 per person including a coffee. Very reasonably priced.

Capacity: You can have a large number! Lunch finishes at 2pm. Great place for lunch.

I will definitely recommend you to do lunches here….affordable food in a great location.!
