by Daniel M. 19th September 2012: I found Altezano back in 2010 and haven’t bought coffee elsewhere since! Great consistent coffee and food at all their espresso bars, the staff are always friendly and always remember my coffee preference. I buy food here on most weekends and love there random salads and my fav is the savory pinwheels they are fantastic!.

However experience was ruined by boss quite audibly berating someone out the back, not sure if it was a staff member or on the phone, but it was horrible.

Walked out straight away, and wont return, the guy sounded like a really nasty piece of work.
by Sec 9th September 2011: They know their coffee – it was perfect. Many regulars flowing through. Very good service and especially friendly.
Didn’t try any of the offerings of cakes or lunch choices in the cabinet ( hence only 4 stars) but they looked fresh and appealing.
