This is the best place for bubble tea!!! I will definitely come back. I love the services. Thr location is good because i always go there while waiting for the bus. No matter how bad the weather is, inside is always warm. Moreover, the deal is very convincing. If you buy 5 cups, you get one free. so i think it is not too far to redeem. Also free internet available there.

I m glad to see nice place like this in palmerston north.

I always come to black pearl for BUBBLE TEA. It is real yum. I try bubble tea many places in the world but I think black pearl is one of the best. The milk tea is so nice. I love taro and orginal flavor. Fruit tea is yum too. I love mixing the flavors then create my own taste. Fruit tea goes well with jelly they have. I love aloe vera and lychee jelly.

Th service is also amazing. Those bubble tea guys always smile. I would recommend this place to everybody. Must try a bubble tea!!

I have tried the bubble tea. It is so special!! I really like it. I have tried milk tea and fruit tea. They both are so nice. Personally I think they make the best bubble tea in Palmerston North.

Their coffee is also very good. I like strong and smooth coffee so this is the place for me. I also like the pattern on my latte. You can actually ask for what you like on it. They can even make an alien pic on it! very funny barista

Service is the best here. They make me smile every time I walk in the shop. All of the staff is very friendly.

and I love FREE WiFi here. The internet is so fast and data is unlimited. I always bring my laptop there all the time.

The place is a little bit small. There are not many tables in the shop. Not many choice of food to choose.

Overall, I do recommend everyone to try their bubble tea and coffee. I am sure you will love it. Cheers

Makes amazing Bubble Tea.
Not a big selection of food.
They need to speak English to each other while in the presence of customers. It’s off putting.
