Every time my friend and I go to this branch, we always receive our food in a timely manner and from the more than happy staff that always great us when we order and leave. The chicken is tasty and juicy just the way it should be. Chips are hot and crispy and always tasting good. One of my favourite places to go to for good food and I would highly recommend it

This has to be one of the biggest rip-offs I have ever had and will never go back to the Nando’s store in Dominion Road.
We ordered 2 quarter chickens. Mine was good, but the one my partner got was a small skinny leg NOT A QUARTER CHICKEN.
I complained to the manager and he just laughed and said “that is what you get here”.
The other staff thought it was a joke too.
My partner was Indian – and so were most of the staff.
My partner said “they are treating me like this because I am Indian and they think they can get away with it.”
We often go to the Nando’s in Lunn Avenue – they are great and serve good food – we will go there again.
We noticed that the Mt Eden managers clothes were filthy and the whole time we were there we did not see him do any work at all. It is very poor advertisement for Nando’s – we will tell all our friends to avoid the filthy house in Dominion Road .

Unfortunately was not good, the chicken was very dry and the chips over cooked. Will not be back even though they are just down the road, damn……..
The restaurant was at MtEden.
Annoyed because we had been before and the chicken was succulent but just tasted like it was old and past it….

Went to the Mt Eden branch. Their prices are very high and the food small servings.
My burger had a bun that was too crunchy and hard, the chips were a small size and it cost $20!
Next time I’m going next door to Burger Fuel. Was I paying more for halal? I hope not cause that isn’t something I need. It came to $38 for 2 meals and cokes. Not good value for money. It is a casual eatery. Won’t be returning.

Just wanted to share whenever you order your meal at Nandos please be clear when placing your order as the staff at Dominion Road branch lacks to understand English properly, they mess up with your order and then blames you for their own mistake that you (customer didn’t order your meal correctly) and the worst part is they don’t replace the wrong order and find pleasure in arguing with the customer. How embarrassing for the customer and for other customers who are dining.

giving 4 stars because i love their chips and the chicken is delicious, the only thing that annoys me is their customer service, and their grumpy faces. cheer up people:)
