We went there tonight after finding other local restaurants closed on a Sunday night. greeted by Tasha who was friendly, attentive and a delight to deal with.
Husband had sweetcorn fritters which were tasty but may have needed a touch more cooking. Our steaks were absolutely perfect and as ordered. Dessert and coffees good. A very pleasant experience. Lovely service and good food.

While the hotel environment was pleasant and clean, our dining experience was not a happy one. We had booked as a large group event, but were crammed onto two tables with two people having to sit at the head of each table – so trying to eat was rather uncomfortable as we were like sardines in a tin. This was unfortunate as there were only two other diners in the restaurant, so I am sure they could have set another table for us. The food was very disappointing too. I talked to six others out of our large group and not one had anything positive to say which is unfortunate. One described it as camp food – soggy rice and chicken etc. It has great potential, but unfortunately definitely did not live up to the hype. For the first time ever, I was not happy to have to pay for such an overpriced meal and along with several colleagues, will not be going back.

We didn’t have a good experience at this restaurant. We were served Gin and Soda instead of Gin and Tonic. The only vegetarian option on the menu was cold and very unappetizing. Expensive and disappointing. Won’t go back.
