Used a deal voucher here and the food was excellent. The service was really good and the meals were timed perfectly.

The tortellini was delicious and so was the porchini mushroom ravioli. This really hit the spot with home made pasta. Cooked al dente. Well priced pasta dishes also.

We had the antipasto platter which had feta, 2 other hard cheeses, pickled onions, prosciutto, olives, sun dried tomatoes, ancovies, pate, salami and another cured meat. Really yummy. They also swapped out the grissini at my request for some bread.

Will definitely be back. I also like that it’s not too crowded and you will probably get a last minute booking.

Very good Italian, had Pasta Nero, Sal had Carbonara, both well cooked, fresh and light, hard to get in pasta. Will be back to try more, this restaurant deserves support and is a worthy successor to Milano.

Sale & Pepe is definitely a great choice for a good Italian evening out. The service is polite, friendly and attentive – but more importantly, the food is delicious. I had the ravioli with porcini mushrooms – the pasta was well-made and the sauce was absolutely delicious. My main of veal scaloppine was tender and well-cooked, and the limoncello truffle dessert ended the evening on a high note. Will be back.

I have been to a lot Italian restaurants, this restaurant easy you can tell the difference from the others, they have real homemade pasta and the food it’s not prep-cooked they start from the scratch, you need to be prepared for a savoured repast, an authentic Italian style dining experience, service was very good the chef care about you and the waitress don’t look to you like they are doing favor. I honestly think this place deserve 5 star. Well done guys.
