Wanted to go to Zap but was full so cruised by Eden Village and picked this one, we were seated at a good table and our drink orders taken straight away, first impressions are always important and I have to say I ordered a Singha Beer and it is the first time it was served poured in a suitable glass & chilled to perfection, our orders were taken promptly and the food came in reasonable time, food was great and presented nicely, the dished we ordered were superb, the waitress made sure to ask if I would like another beer of course most of us would expect that but I have often had to ask at Thai & Chinese restaurants, enjoyable night out. Thanks

Very disappointed with the food here. And to top it off there was a hair found in the entree. They offered a replacement but the damage was done. Not worth the prices they charge.

Been here once, very quiet restaurant. Not many people there when we went there for a dinner. Food was average. Bit pricey too

We went here with an online voucher for entree, main and dessert. Food was great – good portion size and very flavoursome! Atmosphere was lovely and very clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Great night out.

Really liked the food and good for the price too.
Menu isn’t vast but certainly worth trying and the dishes which we ordered were perfect.
You won’t be disappointed at all .

We ordered the banquet for a table of six. Almost every dish in the mains selection was the same apart from the meat component. The food was tasty though. However two rude front-of-house staff spoiled what would otherwise have been an enjoyable evening. We have been regular patrons of this restaurant and have found their standards slipping.

Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen but this is a good one. We found the service quick and efficient.
Try the duck curry if you are lost for a choice. Ask for a seat in the dinning room not out by the door.
Well worth a try.

I went here last Friday night with 22 people for my 50th birthday. The food was excellent, we pre-ordered which made life easy, so all we did was turn up and shortly the food arrived. Every dish was tasty, the service was good. The website had already told us about the one bill per table so we were prepared with our cash, all so easy and so enjoyable. Will definitely come again.

I have been there twice with my family – once on my bday and once on a special occassion. On my bday the restaurant was packed with other patrons but the service, food quality and presentation were fantastic. I was even given a lovely cake to cut as a gift (truly wonderful service).
On the second occassion the service and food was not as fantastic as the first time, however it was on par if not better with thai restaurants. I have dined at numerous thai restaurants and this remains on the top of my list.

So we had the worst service ever last night, supposedly by the manager. He was rude, threw the receipt at us because we wanted to pay for our meals separately and with only 4 of us, it shouldn’t have been a big fuss. He created a scene, and this miserable experience we had, has put us off completely from going back there ever again. When we complained about the poor service, he responded with, we don’t want you to come back. Good luck to them trying to get repeat customers with their nasty attitude. Staff could do with basic lessons in customer service

Returning customer, disappointed with the service and the menu…pushed plates under our arms, so rushing us through and chilli and seasoning was in the sauces but not in the food…really rushed kitchen as well…wont take friends back.

Our family has been going here for 20 years and always found it a good suburban restaurant. Recently they did a major refurb with a new modern look. Very inviting. We went tonight and and it looks like they’re paying for the refurb with some unsubtle changes to the meals. We ordered 3 mains after entrees……..chicken, pork and beef. There was very little evidence of any of these meats in the servings. We basically ended up with 3 piles of vegetables and rice. Very healthy, but not what we were expecting. We 5 also all agreed that the serving sizes seemed smaller. Again, healthy, but ,……….hmmmm. We have plenty of other choices in Mt Eden and won’t be going back.

Went here a couple of weeks ago for my birthday. 11 of us arrived around 7pm and some stayed on until after 10pm. The staff were attentive yet not intrusive and didn’t even come and tell us that they closed at 10pm. We took our own wine and corkage was halved – perhaps due to the group size. Food was awesome, everyone seemed to enjoy their meals and presentation was fantastic. Would definitely go back again.
