Had a fairly poor takeaway meal from Zap Thai… however I always believe in giving a second chance. Therefore I called back to let them know I felt my meal was not up to scratch. Spring rolls were undercooked and chewy, yellow curry bland, pad ped had too many whole peppercorns in it… inedible. the whole lot ($35) went in the bin. But the person I talked to on the phone told me I was in the wrong, that was the way the food was meant to be served. Customer service 101… I won’t be back. Sorry Zap Thai. Poor food excusable. Bad customer service makes it inexcusable in my book

Nice however toned down thai, not as flavoursome as neighbouring Joys thai however nicer dining atmosphere, friendly service.
